Whether you are a service agreement customer or choose time and material repairs, PTCL responds to all your service and repair needs on a 24 hour per day 7-day per week basis. In most cases field service personnel will be onsite in less than 2 hours.

Power Quality Analysis & Surveys

The use of a power quality (PQ) survey is the best method to properly identify corrective measures and the equipment needed to address your critical power needs, protect your equipment, and protect your profits from the effects of outages, brown-outs, dips, spikes and sags. PTCL uses power quality test and monitoring equipment for conducting such analysis and surveys. After completing the survey, the customer is provided with test data, load and line analysis and corrective recommendations.

Preventive Maintenance

PTCL repairs and follows site-specific maintenance routines to guarantee that your system is properly maintained and tested. Your critical power system should have a custom maintenance routine to ensure that all features and functions are available and working when you need them.
